Office Assistant for Indian Nationals in Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are currently seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Indian national, you will have a preference for this role, but it is open to all candidates who meet the requirements. This is a full-time position with responsibilities including managing office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills in English. A biometric passport will be required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing phone calls
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed
- Keep track of invoices and expenses
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national or have a strong preference for working with Indians
- Fluency in English is required
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
