Office Assistant (Malayalee)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Malayalee office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. You must have experience working in an office environment and be able to communicate effectively in Malayalam. Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate meeting rooms
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring they are well-stocked
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Managing files, documents, and records in both physical and electronic formats
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Responding to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner
- Assisting with any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the office staff
Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with a valid UAE residence visa
- Previous experience working as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
