Merchandiser (English speaking) - Doha, Qatar

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed effectively in retail stores and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing product displays in accordance with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure proper stock levels
- Conduct market research to stay informed of current trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for increasing product sales
- Ensure all products are priced accurately and promotions are effectively communicated to customers
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure the best placement of products and maximum exposure
- Regularly visit stores to ensure displays are maintained properly and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in retail sales preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Doha, Qatar or willing to relocate
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid visa for working in Qatar
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
