Administrative coordinator
Administrative Coordinator - Dukhan, Qatar
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing support to our team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all administrative tasks including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient communication and coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for team members
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience in a multinational company is preferred
