Administrative Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, assistants, and clerical workers
- Oversee daily operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and handling phone calls
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses and budgets
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Train new employees on administrative processes and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise within the office
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Malayalam or Arabic is a plus)
- Contract job experience preferred but not required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply without experience
