Part-Time Administrator in Al-Khor, Qatar


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. This position is open to Indian nationals, with no strict requirement for English proficiency. As a Part-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Provide support for special projects as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work part-time hours (flexible schedule)
- Student or recent graduate preferred
