Administrative Assistant (Malayalee)
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Malayalee, you will be preferred for this position, but it is not a strict requirement.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and providing support to our team. Your main duties will include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and databases, preparing documents and reports, and assisting with other general office tasks as needed.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam (preferred). You must also be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
As our ideal candidate, you should be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You must also have a positive attitude, be a team player, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times.
