Administrative Coordinator - Dukhan, Qatar
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at a reputable organization in Dukhan, Qatar. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks and providing support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of internal events and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of paperwork.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Provide support to the management team by conducting research, preparing presentations, and handling any other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirements:
- African nationality preferred, but not mandatory. All nationalities are encouraged to apply.
- No English language proficiency required for this position.
- Must possess a biometric passport or have the ability to obtain one.
