Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, staff management, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel
- Manage all departments within the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and sales
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service is provided to guests
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve profitability goals
- Maintain a strong relationship with guests by addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a diverse team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be willing to relocate to Al-Rayyan, Qatar
- Preference given to African or Malayalee candidates
