Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring efficient operation of our office. This position is open to applicants from any nationality, but preference will be given to Pakistanis and Africans.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or take messages
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Previous administrative experience is not required but preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to legally work in Qatar
