Sales Associate - Retail (Indian)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and promote our products to customers
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
