Merchandiser (English Speaking)


Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer engagement. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies in line with company objectives
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective product displays and promotions
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking as needed
- Build strong relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms
- Ensure all products are displayed in an organized and visually appealing manner
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of merchandising techniques and principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Must be willing to relocate to Sharjah, UAE
