Office Assistant (Malayalee/Egyptian) - Contract Position

We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Malayalee or Egyptian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the office. Your duties will include managing incoming calls and emails, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with other general office tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a temporary position without accommodation provided.
