Office Clerk (Pakistani)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations within our office. This role is suitable for men who have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and do not need English language proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate person
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for delivery or pick-up
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Keep track of office expenses and assist with budget management
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other correspondence as needed
- Maintain filing systems both physical and electronic
- Keep track of important deadlines or upcoming events
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Clerk or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu/Hindi (English language proficiency is not required)
- Must be a Pakistani national residing in Dukhan, Qatar
