Job Title: Administrative Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in managing our administrative processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including but not limited to office management, scheduling, record keeping, and data entry.
- Create and implement efficient systems and procedures to streamline administrative processes.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Manage staff schedules and training programs.
- Prepare reports on office operations and budget expenditures.
- Handle employee inquiries related to administrative policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role for at least 3 years.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
- Biometric passport is required for this contract job opportunity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with people at all levels.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
