Our international school in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced and qualified English Teacher to join our team. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students from a diverse range of backgrounds and nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities
- Foster a positive learning environment by maintaining discipline and encouraging student participation
- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, exams, and other forms of evaluation
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the overall educational experience for students
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns or challenges that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English at the secondary level
- Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Strong classroom management skills
- Hold a valid residence visa in UAE (preferably Indian or Pakistani)
- Availability to work full-time without accommodation
