Office Assistant - Contract Position (UAE)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE on a contract basis. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling meetings and appointments, and assisting with day-to-day tasks as needed. This position does not require English proficiency and is open to candidates of Indian or African nationality. Accommodation will not be provided. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
