Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures in accordance with company guidelines
- Train, manage, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services
- Conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping staff

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, manage, and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of basic computer applications such as MS Office
