Job Title: Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position open to all nationalities with free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Monitor office expenses and handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and processing payments

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
