Office Assistant - Entry Level
We are a dynamic company located in Sharjah, UAE looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. This position is suitable for individuals who are looking for a starting point in their career and want to gain experience in an office environment. Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office files and documents
- Perform data entry and update records as needed
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors and assist with inquiries
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must have a valid visa to work in the UAE (own visa preferred)
- No prior experience required, but must be willing to learn
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team
