We are currently seeking a reliable and efficient Office Assistant for our company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is specifically open for Indian nationals, with no English language requirement. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and should be able to work without accommodation.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your main duties will include managing office correspondence, organizing meetings and appointments, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You must also have basic knowledge of accounting principles and be proficient in using computer software such as MS Office.

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person/department
- Schedule meetings and appointments for management
- Maintain an organized filing system for all documents
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as preparing invoices and collecting payments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Prepare reports, presentations or other documents as requested by management
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
