We are seeking a talented and skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the visual representation of our products in various retail outlets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and improve brand visibility
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
- Plan and execute product displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed to maintain stock levels
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and compliance with merchandising standards
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and brand guidelines
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product assortment or display changes
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and creativity in visual merchandising.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi for store visits.
