Administrative Assistant

We are in search of a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, managing schedules and appointments, organizing and maintaining files, and performing other related tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Preference will be given to Pakistani or Malayalee candidates. No English language proficiency is required for this position.
