Office Assistant (Indian/Egyptian Nationals) - Contract Position in Sharjah, UAE
A reputable company in Sharjah is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office. This position is open to Indian or Egyptian nationals, and no English language skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing documents
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the team
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitor office inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking
Requirements:
- Indian or Egyptian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Must have a biometric passport
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
