House Manager for Luxury Residence in Abu Dhabi


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Manager to oversee the smooth operations of a luxury residence in Abu Dhabi. This is a contract position with accommodation provided, and we welcome applications from Indian and Malayalee candidates.

As the House Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and upkeep of the residence, ensuring that it is always maintained to the highest standards. This includes overseeing a team of housekeeping staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, managing household budgets, coordinating with external vendors and contractors, and ensuring the safety and security of the residence at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the luxury residence.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Maintain inventory of household supplies, groceries, and other items.
- Create schedules for cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks.
- Plan and manage household budgets.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, or other services needed.
- Ensure security measures are in place at all times.
- Oversee event planning and coordination for special occasions or guests.
- Act as a liaison between the employer and other staff members.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a House Manager or similar role in a luxury setting.
- Fluent English language skills required; knowledge of Hindi or Malayalam would be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
- Proficient in budget management and record keeping.
- Knowledge of household technology systems preferred (e.g. security systems, smart home devices).
- Valid driver's license preferred.
