Hotel Manager - Doha, Qatar
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel and ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the hotel
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to meet budget goals
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for supplies or services needed for the hotel
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a diverse team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems such as Opera or Fidelio
- Must be able to legally work in Qatar
