Administrative Manager - Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are currently hiring an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing a team of administrative staff, and ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes are in place.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing administrative staff and delegating tasks appropriately
- Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records and files for all office activities
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- Conduct regular evaluations of administrative staff performance and provide feedback as needed
- Handle any escalated issues or complaints from clients or staff members in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to suggest improvements to current processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Preference for Indian candidates
