Administrative Director for a Multinational Company in Al-Wakra, Qatar

As the Administrative Director of our multinational company in Al-Wakra, Qatar, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions within the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions including human resources, finance, procurement, facilities management, and office operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the company.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment of administrative functions with overall company goals and objectives.
- Monitor budgetary allocations for administrative expenses and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development of administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to administrative functions.
- Act as a liaison between top management and staff regarding administrative matters.
- Collaborate with IT department to ensure smooth functioning of technology systems within the organization.
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts related to administrative matters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) as an Administrative Director or similar role in a multinational company.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse team.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as recruiting, training, performance evaluations, etc.
- Knowledge of financial management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be given preference:
- Previous experience working in Qatar or the Gulf region.
- Fluency in Arabic language (written and spoken).
