Office Assistant - Sharjah, UAE (Contract Position)
We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This is a contract position suitable for Indian nationals with no English language requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
- Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and organization
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Create and maintain office documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
