Office Assistant - Sharjah, UAE (Egyptian Nationals Only)
We are urgently seeking an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As an Office Assistant, you will support the daily operations of our office and ensure smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. This position is open to Egyptian nationals with excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments for various tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
