Logistics Coordinator
We are currently hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This role is open to both Indian and Egyptian nationals, and no English proficiency is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and supply chain management, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing team for timely reorders
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements for cost savings
- Resolve any issues or delays in shipping or delivery promptly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics coordination or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and logistics software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. However, we are also open to part-time candidates who can work a minimum of 20 hours per week. This position is also suitable for women looking for job opportunities in the logistics industry.
