Legal Assistant

Our law firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated and organized Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of UAE laws and regulations. This position is suitable for both Malayalees and Egyptians, as long as they meet the job requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports for attorneys
- Assist in drafting legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Maintain and organize client files
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings for attorneys
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in legal matters
- Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of UAE laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

This is an entry-level position that does not require prior experience. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in the legal field. This position is open to all nationalities, however preference will be given to Malayalees or Egyptians.

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and annual leave. This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
