Your responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, managing emails and correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining office supplies, and organizing files. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and data entry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level candidate looking to gain experience in a fast-paced office environment. Fluency in English is preferred but not required for this contract position.
