Administrative Assistant
The administrative assistant will support the daily operations of our company by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Take meeting minutes and produce reports
- Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with project management tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Preferred Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment
- Familiarity with project management software
Salary: 1800$ per month
Location: Umm-Said, Qatar
