Administrative Assistant
We are a growing company in Lusail, Qatar looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
