Front Desk Receptionist
Our company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a professional and tidy reception area
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary: 1500$ per month
