Merchandiser for Retail Store in Abu Dhabi, UAE

As a Merchandiser for our retail store in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times. Your primary role will be to create attractive displays that showcase our products and entice customers to make purchases. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory is accurately tracked and restocked as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays that highlight our products and attract customers
- Rotate and restock merchandise to ensure a constantly fresh and inviting shopping experience
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock or out-of-stock items to the store manager
- Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, locating products, and processing sales transactions
- Collaborate with the store team to plan and execute promotional events or sales initiatives

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or visual merchandiser in a retail environment preferred
- Strong creative eye for creating attractive displays and arranging merchandise in an appealing way
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of inventory management systems preferred
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
