Office Assistant for Malayalees in Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position is specifically open to Malayalees, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain office supplies and equipment by checking inventory levels and placing orders when needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, including scanning documents
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for delivery
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as preparing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts
- Other general administrative duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Must have previous experience working in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
