Bank Teller (Egyptian Nationals)
We are currently hiring Egyptian nationals for the position of Bank Teller at our branch in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently. This is an English speaking job and accommodation will not be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their banking needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately
- Handle currency exchanges and process cheque deposits
- Promote bank products and services to customers
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Assist with opening new accounts, updating customer information, and ordering cheque books
- Resolve any customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in banking or customer service roles preferred
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
