Junior Merchandiser

We are a leading retail company based in Sharjah, UAE and we are seeking a Junior Merchandiser to join our team. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of product merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing merchandising plans and strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including buying, marketing, and sales to ensure effective execution of merchandising plans
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for product positioning and pricing strategies
- Analyze sales data to make recommendations for product assortment, inventory levels, and promotional events
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any quality issues that may arise
- Assist in managing stock levels and replenishment orders to ensure optimal product availability
- Participate in store visits to evaluate product placement, displays, and overall store presentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in retail merchandising or buying role
- Fluent in English (Malayalam language skills preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
