Office Administrator
The Office Administrator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to multitask and prioritize effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, ordering supplies, and evaluating new office products
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Assist with employee onboarding process by preparing materials, scheduling training sessions, and providing support to new hires
- Coordinate with IT department to ensure all office equipment is functioning properly
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail; direct inquiries to appropriate staff members or departments
- Create reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office software
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members as needed
- Maintain physical and digital filing system for important company documents
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary: 1500$ per month.
Location: Umm-Said, Qatar.
Preference: Indian candidates preferred.
English fluency required.
