Staff Assistant - Administrative Support in Dukhan, Qatar
We are hiring a reliable and organized Staff Assistant to provide administrative support to our team in Dukhan, Qatar. In this role, you will assist with clerical tasks, manage schedules and appointments, and handle basic office duties such as answering phones and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to team members
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoice processing
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a Staff Assistant or similar administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
This is a full-time job with a salary of $1100 per month. Benefits include medical insurance, annual leave, and end-of-service gratuity.
