Industrial Engineer


Our company, located in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1500$ per month, and accommodation is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement methods to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality
- Design layouts for production facilities to optimize workflow and space utilization
- Analyze data and create reports to track progress and identify opportunities for further improvement
- Work closely with other departments such as production, supply chain, and quality control to ensure smooth operations
- Train staff on new processes and technologies implemented
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in industrial engineering techniques

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement
- Experience with process optimization tools such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen is preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software is an asset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Indian nationality preferred
