Merchandiser for Indian Expats in UAE


We are hiring a Merchandiser to work with our company in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively in retail stores. This position is open to Indian expats who have excellent communication skills in English and are looking for a job with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
- Monitor stock levels and make recommendations for product orders
- Train store staff on product knowledge and proper merchandising techniques
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure that all displays are visually appealing and adhere to company standards
- Travel between retail stores to set up displays and communicate with store managers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement
- Familiarity with market research methods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel between retail stores within the UAE

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Accommodation will be provided by the company.
