We are currently hiring an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant for our company in Umm-Said, Qatar. This role is perfect for someone who has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and has a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, representing our company in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the team, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared ahead of time
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Provide general support to other departments as requested
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Malayalam is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
Salary:
