Front Desk Receptionist - English Speaking (Pakistani or African)
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This position is open to Pakistani or African candidates who are fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and conference rooms as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
