Office Assistant
We are hiring for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and performing other general office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Order office supplies as needed
- Assist with data entry, typing, and other administrative tasks
- Ensure the office is tidy and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own visa for employment in UAE
Salary: 1000$ per month
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
