Merchandiser - Indian Nationals Only (English Speaking)

We are in need of a self-motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and developing merchandising strategies that will drive sales and profitability. You will also be responsible for ensuring that products are presented in an attractive manner to entice customers to make purchases.

Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans that align with company objectives and target customers
- Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate pricing for products
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Create visual displays that effectively showcase products in-store
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service skills
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Forecast future product demands based on market trends and customer needs

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Proven track record of driving sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Valid UAE residence visa (own visa)
- Ability to work on a contract basis
