Indian Concierge in Al-Rayyan


We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Indian Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As our Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Al-Rayyan or willing to relocate
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Concierge or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and events
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1800$ per month
