Office Assistant
We are a reputable company located in Abu Dhabi, currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. Our company values diversity and welcomes Indian applicants who are fluent in English and have experience working in an office setting. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$, and accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.
As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include performing various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies. You will also be responsible for maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments, and assisting with any other tasks as needed.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable using computer programs such as Microsoft Office. Prior experience working in an office environment is preferred.
In order to qualify for this role, candidates must have a biometric passport as this is required for visa purposes. Indian nationality is preferred but not mandatory.
